历史：开业仅6个月的年轻老板，曾是Shamelin Perkasa Meng叔的徒弟。

价格：一条RM31，不按重量计算。
产量：每天约20公斤。
风味：“it’s not too sweet, slightly savoury. nicely charred, charred parts are not bitter. It’s perfectly caramelized, the meat is tender but not mushy.” 甜度适中略带咸味，焦糖化完美，焦黑部分不苦，肉质软嫩不松散，没有过多使用嫩肉剂。
营业时间：早上10点半至下午2点半。咖啡店隔周一休息。
